This book is about the concepts of God which I have played with for a long time, within my own mind, and my attempts to translate them into words. These concepts are explored through abstract analysis and reasoning, assisting in the search for God or inner knowing. They help to distinguish mind from heart and lead us to live in the ever present now.

It is the meaning behind the words of the concepts which are important, not their logical interpretation and compilation. Like a poem or a painting the words should produce a feeling, an image, an understanding. A picture should build in the subconscious, as you read each section, of the meaning each concept is portraying. Each concept is broken into short sections, balanced with colorful paintings, to try and keep the mind at bay. This allows for repeated reading of a section to gain its meaning as opposed to long winded explanations which would dull the flow.

Throughout the book I am only reiterating my thoughts on, and experiences of God, as I perceive them. In no way is this any definitive guide, or is any absolute meaning intended. Its intention is to provoke thought and help you explore and expand life, through your own experience.

By distinguishing mind from heart allows the intuition to begin to take the lead. Living by the intuition, out of the grip of the mind is a more expansive way of living, closer to God. There are as many ways to describe, explain and interpret intuition as there are people on earth. It is like trying to explain the composition of infinity. Where do you start and where do you stop?

I have mused and played with a number of theories, or concepts over a number of years, exploring them from different perspectives and through different experiences. As more aspects of one concept are explored, for me, it becomes more of a fact, a reality. As each concept becomes more of a reality, I begin to build it into my life until I learn differently. This does not mean that the same will hold true, for you, partly, or fully, or within the fullness of time hold true for me. Concepts of God are ever changing and cannot be fixed. They change as your understanding changes. It is only natural that you will not agree with all that I have written, as it is not necessarily correct. They are my personal concepts.

The God concept is infinite and multifaceted, more than life itself, encompassing good and evil, happy and sad. Depending on your aspect, you may be one or the other, or a combination. What is evil to one is good to another. A terrorist in one part of the world is a hero in another, bad in one, good in another. It is all down to point of view, which is always relative.

The life experiences we each have with God reflect our own individual lives, and reiterate them, so each experience and relationship is uniquely different. So these experiences and concepts may only help you understand, and come closer to recognizing your own experiences with God, to distinguish them from your mind patterns, from your past, and from your own karmic patterns.
